‘The Smiling Souls’ elevates seniors’ happiness and wellness through an engagement and empowerment agetech platform, thus transforming lives and contributing to three of the UN’s SDGs: healthy ageing, well-being, and lifelong learning.

What began as a heartfelt social initiative to support the Senior community during the COVID-19 pandemic in August 2020 has evolved into a thriving, vibrant community of thousands of seniors.

Over the last few years, we have gained valuable insights into seniors’ needs, and thus, we have pioneered the home delivery of happiness and wellness for them.

We are passionate about crafting innovative content and unique engagement tools that have inspired over 65,000 hours of interaction and millions of joyful impressions. Our mission focuses on uplifting seniors across India, especially those facing loneliness and mobility challenges, and inspiring an elder community that fosters inclusivity.

We’re excited to empower senior communities through our Super App and Platform! By partnering with like-minded organizations, we’re dedicated to delivering outstanding healthcare, senior living, financial wellness, and innovative tech solutions that truly make a difference.

About the Founders

Sunil Khosla has over 22 years of corporate leadership experience, during which he has successfully led teams in prominent organizations such as ITC, Max, Danone, Pidilite, and AGS as President, Business Head, and CMO. He has immense experience building brands, businesses, and teams from scratch and scaling them across India/Bharat and beyond. With extensive experience as a global Go-To-Market and innovation expert, he enthusiastically collaborates with diverse Indian and international institutions. Passionate about fostering the entrepreneurial ecosystem, he joyfully mentors and advises founders and business leaders from esteemed organizations like IITs, ISB, T-Hub, Wadhwani Foundation, TIE, Techstars, TMA, and beyond! An avid Rotarian, TEDx speaker and podcaster, he is a sought-after global speaker, skilled moderator, and senior jury member with a wealth of published blogs and articles.

Tejasa Jhaveri is an experienced professional with 2 decades of experience and a diverse background in technology, consulting, and community service. With a Master’s in Psychology and an MBA in Marketing and Finance, she utilizes her knowledge to drive positive change and develop innovative solutions for social well-being. Tejasa specializes in Senior Community Engagement, Networking, and Corporate Partnership Development. She is dedicated to enhancing well-being through programs for seniors and individuals with disabilities and Community Outreach. Additionally, she is actively involved in Rotary Anne and Inner Wheel, known for their humanitarian service.

Our journey involves Sunil’s father, who has Parkinson’s, and Tejasa’s mother, who has mobility challenges.

We aim to uplift & transform countless Smiling Souls & share hope with elders facing loneliness and mobility issues.
