Dr Mayank Thakker is a physician-leader, intensivist and critical care specialist with more than 22 years of experience in internal medicine, critical care and diabetology. As Medical Director of Shree Giriraj Hospitals, Rajkot, he contributes to clinical governance, patient safety, critical-care services, hospital administration and institutional growth. He has served as President of the Association of Physicians of Rajkot, is associated with the Indian Society of Critical Care Medicine and the Research Society for the Study of Diabetes in India, and was recognised by the Indian Medical Association as a COVID Warrior. As Co-Founder and Promoter of MedMaitry, he guides its clinical vision, care standards and integrated senior-care model.

Dr Prabhat Vaghamshi

Dr Prabhat Vaghamshi is an NBQP-certified hospital consultant, healthcare management professional and academician with experience in hospital planning, accreditation, clinical documentation, patient safety and operational systems. He holds an MD in Homoeopathy and an MBA in Healthcare and has completed Hospital Management at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. As Director of Shraddha Hospital Management Solutions, he has supported hospitals across categories in NABH and NABL accreditation and quality improvement. He also contributes as visiting faculty in hospital administration. As Co-Founder and Promoter of MedMaitry, he leads strategy, service design, quality systems and resident experience, with a focus on compassionate, measurable and scalable senior care.
