Foreword
Our seniors have always been on their toes to make us
who we are today. This is the time we do something for
our heroes and look after their growing needs. Staying
indoors for a long duration can pose a challenge to the
physical well-being and active lifestyle of our seniors.
Self-quarantine although preventive can add to the
senior’s stress and mental disturbance, having negative
effects on their health and quality of lifestyle.
