HCAH (formerly Health Care at Home) aspires to become the largest Hospital outside of the hospital

HCAH was started in 2012 by Vivek Srivastava with initial investments coming from the Burman family (Dabur Promoters) and founders of Healthcare at Home UK (US$2bn company). In March 2017, Quadria Capital (www.quadriacapital.com), Singapore based PE fund invested in HCAH.

HCAH provides all services which are required for the patient outside of the hospital to live life well. The services can be largely bucketed into providing Chronic disease management and Post hospitalization rehab & recovery. We also provide labs, pharmacy and equipment which a patient may need during the services. In a patients journey the patient typically goes inside a tertiary care hospital to save life/or for some other acute intervention however the patient’s requirement for healthcare does not end there. We provide all service which are required by the patients outside of the hospitals. Our service delivery is done at home, at our transition care centers, in the clinics of doctors, in the community and digital.

Our current customer acquisition strategy is largely through the doctors where we provide the hospital to the doctor to “admit” their patients into our “hospital” outside of the hospital. We reach out to the doctors through our own sales team. We also work on ~50 projects with top pharma companies such as Pfizer, Novartis, Abbott, Cipla, DRL etc and service the patients of the doctors who these pharma companies work with.

We have serviced 20lac+ patients till now. In Covid itself we have services 10lac+ patients. We worked with Delhi, Punjab, Karnataka govt and Supreme court. We also were the backend provider of almost all Fortis Hospital home isolation services. During pre Covid times, we used to service 1.5lac+ patients per month.

We service patients in 70+ cities across the country and have a full bouquet of services in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chandigarh Tricity. We would be expanding our full bouquet of services in 10 cities soon.
