When every other builder went about erecting spaces for seniors, Adarsh embarked on a journey across the globe that would provide him with invaluable insights into the lives and minds of seniors. For over a year, he spent time with seniors in different retirement communities – living with them, laughing with them, discovering their worries, hopes, and expectations. When he returned to India, Adarsh was determined to address the needs of seniors in the subcontinent with his experience as a sturdy foundation.

“Seniors need more TLC than anybody else, and it is not hard to provide them with it. All we need to do is find ways to enrich their lives – through people, operations, technology, and convenience care.” The result of his belief? An ecosystem where seniors learn to love life again. In fact, Primus Eden – Adarsh’s first foray into the senior living real estate space – was awarded the ‘Senior Living Project of the Year’ at the Realty Plus Awards, 2014.

Ask him about it, and he brushes the award aside in favor of appreciation from his resident seniors. “What matters to me is that when I visit the Primus properties to see how we can evolve our ecosystem of Organized Senior Care, seniors walk up to me and tell me how happy they are living there. And that just makes my determination to do amazing things for them stronger.”
