The Panchvati Residences
The Panchvati residences are the India’s first short-stay assisted living facility designed especially for senior citizens… a final solution for some challenging situations!
We offer day care and stay facilities for a day, a week, a month or a lifetime in a loving and caring environment.
Set in the thriving hub-bub of South Delhi, our property has been decorated with elegance and thought.
Currently, we offer 40 living spaces on 4 floors ,with two elevators and universal accessibility.
The ARDSI day care centre and office is within our premises giving relief to patients with dementia , as well as a fully equipped physiotherapy centre.
The open kitchen invites allows residents to participate in creating their own recipes and has a home like appeal.
The bedrooms are purposely simple and utilitarian, waiting to be personalised with individual memorabilia , designed for single or double occupancy , and a lounge on each floor.
Environmentally responsible, solar panels are installed and the entire grey water is recycled by natural means . In spite of the scarcity of water in Delhi we are able to manage a lush green roof garden.
The large basement gives us space and opportunity for social gatherings , workshops, discussions and meetings which are conducted every week.
Our entertainment and hobby centre includes:

We believe in nurturing the body and mind.
- Several medical charitable camps are conducted annually at the premises.

Monthly training classes are held for the staff, where residents’ participation is welcomed.

Regular interaction with schools and volunteers bring cheer to our festivals and socials.

We hope to make more such care homes to provide short and intermediate relief for working families that may need their loved ones or parents looked after when they are traveling or need special care, in a congenial, family atmosphere.
To facilitate this, we are willing to provide entire Project Consultancy on design, space allocation, construction, operations, financial sustainability to individuals, groups or organizations.
We encourage corporations to include this effort in their CSR projects.
